Canadian Seafood Processor, Owner and Supplier Hit with $110K in Fines For Obstruction
Fisheries and Oceans Canada announced that on March 4, an obstruction case concluded in Richmond Provincial Court finding Tenshi Seafood Limited, and its co-owner, Dishi Liu, guilty of violations of Canada’s Fisheries Act.
