USCG Announces Formal Investigation into Coastal Reign Capsizing off Oregon
The U.S. Coast Guard announced today it is formally investigation the F/V Coastal Reign's capsizing on Feb. 20 that resulted in the loss of two lives off of Tillamook, Ore.
The crew of the 38-foot vessel Coastal Reign were attempting to cross the Tillamook Bay Bar inbound when the vessel capsized with four crewmembers on board, the USCG said.
