NaturalShrimp Signs Letter of Intent to Acquire Assets of Hydrenesis for $12.5M
Yesterday NaturalShrimp, the Dallas-based aqua-tech developer of enclosed, salt-water systems for growing Pacific white shrimp, signed a Letter of Intent to purchase aquaculture assets of Hydrenesis Aquaculture of Pompano Beach, Florida. The agreement is for $12.5 million, which includes $5.5 in cash and the balance in NSI common stock.
