UK Government Expands Seafood Response Fund Following Post-Brexit Export Troubles
The UK Government enhanced support for the seafood industry through cash grants for both seafood and aquaculture businesses by expanding the Seafood Response Fund.
Back in January, the government announced £23 million for seafood exporters that suffered a financial loss because of delays related to the export of fresh or live fish and shellfish to the EU during January 2021.
