4 Communes in Chile’s Los Lagos Region Reenter Lockdown Less Than 2 Weeks Before Valentine’s Day
Chile’s Ministry of Health announced on Monday that four communes in the Los Lagos region will be reentering quarantine beginning Thursday, February 4. The areas impacted include Quinchao, Curaco de Vélez, Conchi and Quemchi.
As of Chile’s February 2 Coronavirus Report, there are over 734,00 confirmed COVID-19 cases in the country. There are a reported 3,138 new cases, 317 of which are located in the Los Lagos region.
