North American Local Catch Network Nets $500K USDA Grant to Push “Boat-to-Fork” Seafood Marketing
The Local Catch Network, which is based in the School of Marine Sciences at the University of Maine, received a $500,000 grant from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farmers Market Promotion Program (FMPP) aimed at the improved integration of seafood into regional and local food systems.
