Southern Shrimp Alliance Releases Data Documenting Antibiotic-Contaminated Shrimp
The Southern Shrimp Alliance has released an updated database that provides data documenting antibiotic-contaminated shrimp import rejections in the United States.
To put together their database, the Southern Shrimp Alliance turned to the U.S. Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) entry line refusals, which compiles information regarding eerie shrimp entry line refused for reasons related to banned antibiotics between 2002 and 2020.
