UK Signs Deal with International Council of the Exploration of the Sea
The United Kingdom government announced it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the International Council of the Exploration of the Sea (ICES) to ensure a continued partnership with the two bodies.
ICES is a network of almost 6,000 scientists from over 700 marine institutes in 20 member countries. The MoU came into effect at the start of the new year and displays how the UK plans to work with ICES following Brexit.
