Russian Court Supports RRPK in Dispute with Pollock Association
The Arbitration Court of the Primorsky Territory has invalidated the decision of the Russian Pollock Association (ADM) to expel RRPK, one of the country’s largest fish producers and processors, from the list of members of the Association, thus completely satisfying claims of the company, according to the Court and Russian media reports.
The ADM, whose members control 75% of the pollock catch in Russia, decided to expel RRPK Group from its structure in September this year.
