Capt. Neill’s Barred by FDA from Importing Food into US for 5 Years
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has barred Capt. Neill’s Seafood, a North Carolina based crab supplier from importing food into the country for five years. The company’s owner Philip R. Carawan, plead guilty to falsely labeled millions of dollars' worth of crabmeat last year.
