Trump Administration, EPA Release Global Marine Litter Strategy
At a Florida event, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Andrew Wheeler released the Trump Administration’s Federal Strategy for Addressing the Global Issues of Marine Litter.
The U.S. strategy focuses on four pillars for tackling the marine litter issue including building capacity, incentivizing the global recycling market, promoting research and development and promoting marine litter removal.
