Group of Six Fisheries in Ecuador Improve Thanks to Fishery Improvement Project
According to the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership (SFP), six small pelagic species in Ecuador saw a significant improvement in stock status over the last two years. The improvement stems from voluntary management measures developed by the Ecuador Small Pelagics Sustainability Fishery Improvement Project (SPS-FIP).
