AP Holdings Co., Ltd. of Tokyo Switches to Serve Full-cycle Farmed Tuna at its Restaurants
As of October 1, AP Holdings Co., Ltd. of Tokyo has switched to complete aquaculture tuna at its 25 izakaya restaurants. It uses tuna produced by Maruha Nichiro Group's Amami Fish Farming in Setouchi, Kagoshima. It intends to reduce fishing pressure on wild bluefin tuna and pursue sustainability, reports Minato Shimbun.
