Sturgeon Aquafarms, Marky’s Begin Sales of Beluga Caviar After Recovering From 2018 Hurricane
Sturgeon Aquafarms and Marky’s announced this week that they are now selling domestic, genuine beluga caviar.
In 2003 Mark Zaslavsky, Managing Partner of Sturgeon Aquafarms and CEO of Marky’s, brought Caspian beluga to the U.S. to provide safe and natural conditions for growing the broodstock at Sturgeon Aquafarms.
