Virus Surges in Alaska with More Than 300 New Cases in Two Days, Only One Related to Seafood
Case counts as of midnight Saturday show 160 new resident cases on Friday, 157 new on Saturday, and according to the Anchorage Daily News report of state data today, another 159 as of noon yesterday. Of those, 32 were non-resident, and of those 32, only 1 was seafood related.
Alaska’s cumulative total of COVID-19 cases will likely break the 3,000 case mark when new numbers come in today at noon.
