Today's Top Story: The Week That Was: Alaska's Worst for COVID-19 and Cases Still Climbing This Week
In its weekly case report, Alaska’s Department of Health and Human Services said it was the worst week since the pandemic arrived of rapid increases in cases, rising by 34% in one week. The week saw 653 new cases in Alaskans and 171 in nonresidents, the highest ever, for a cumulative total of 2,524 and 574 respectively. Of the 171 non-resident cases reported last week, 136 were in the seafood industry...
