Carlos “The Codfather” Rafael Moved to Residential Reentry Management Center During Pandemic
Carlos “The Codfather” Rafael has been moved to a residential reentry management center, according to documents from the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP).
Rafael was sentenced to 46 months in federal prison back in September 2017 after pleading guilty to numerous offenses, including bulk cash smuggling, tax evasion and falsifying fishing quotas.
