Russia May Re-orient Part of Crab Catch to Domestic Market
Russia may reduce crab exports to abroad in years to come in favour of the domestic market. This will take place in the case of liberalization of domestic veterinary requirements, which are currently applied to crab meat in Russia.
As part of these plans, the Russian government may consider changing the existing state regulations in regard of maximum arsenic content in crab meat in Russia.
