Pacific Seafood Confirms 124 COVID-19 Cases; Suspends Operations at Newport Plants
Pacific Seafood confirmed over the weekend that they have a total of 124 positive COVID-19 cases at their five Newport, Oregon, plants. According to the company, 53 of the cases are Pacific Seafood Team members. The additional 71 cases are locally-based contractors. Of the 124 cases, Pacific said that 95% of those who tested positive did not report having any symptoms.
