The Responsible Offshore Development Alliance (RODA) is urging both state and federal regulators to change their approach to offshore wind development off of Oregon.
RODA calling the regulator’s current, process for minimizing conflict between offshore wind energy and fisheries “broken and ineffective.”
The Alliance submitted a public comment letter on June 2 on the engagement plan for the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management’s (BOEM) Oregon Intergovernmental Renewable Energy Task Force.
