Former Bumble Bee CEO Sentencing Hearing to Proceed In-Person
U.S. Northern District of California Judge Edward Chen believes the sentencing hearing for former Bumble Bee CEO Christopher Lischewski could happen in-person.
According to Law360, Chen called it “feasible” to hold a hearing for Lischewski, who was convicted in December 2019 for his role in a price-fixing conspiracy of canned tuna from November 2010 to December 2013.
