Former CEO of Bumble Bee Foods Christopher Lischewski has asked to serve a year of home confinement, citing concerns surrounding the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.
Lischewski faces up to a decade in prison for his role in a tuna price-fixing conspiracy. Both the defendant and plaintiff sent memos to Federal judge Edward M. Chen, of the Northern District Court of California, ahead of Lischewski’s June 3 sentencing.
