Over 500 Workers Test Positive for COVID-19 at Thai Union’s Ghana Fish Processing Facility
Ghana’s President Nana Akufo-Addo confirmed this week that over 500 workers at Thai Union’s fish processing facility in the city of Tema have tested positive for COVID-19.
“All 533 persons were infected by one person,” Akufo-Addo said in a broadcast. Reuters reports that the 533 cases represent approximately 11.3% of Ghana’s total infections.
