As we previously reported, a drop post-Easter is not unusual for farmed salmon. But 2020 has been far from typical.
The farmed salmon market this week dropped 6 percent from the previous week and is down 19 percent from the middle of March when much of the U.S. market started shutting down foodservice due to COVID-19.
