Alaska Seafood Marketing Institute (ASMI) Japan publishes seafood recipes using various seafood from Alaska with a simple recipe video service, Tastemade, that gives you a run down in one minute. Demonstrated meals use Alaskan salmon, ikura salmon caviar, Pacific ocean perch, and processed seafood, including surimi crab sticks and mentaiko, marinated spicy Pollock roe.
