Japan: Eel Elvers Released 15.4 MT to Growers as of the End of February
The Fisheries Agency of Japan announced the results of releasing Japanese glass eels (A. japonica) to the eel growers as of the end of February. According to the announcement, the cumulate result as of the end of February in the 2020 fishing season (November 19 to October 20) was 15.4 tons.
