USTR Opens New Bilateral Evaluation and Dispute Resolution Office Per U.S.-China Phase One Agreement
As described in the trade agreement signed by the United States and China on January 15, a new Bilateral Evaluation and Dispute Resolution Office was formed last Friday by the Office of the United States Trade Representative.
