Not everyone is happy with Washington's decision to allow Cooke Aquaculture to raise steelhead in Puget Sound net pens.
Conservation and environmental groups filed a lawsuit this week challenging the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife decision permitting Cooke to rear domesticated steelhead.
