Two Fishermen Found Dead After Vessel Sinks off Maine
The United States Coast Guard confirmed the deaths of two Maine fishermen who were aboard the Hayley Ann fishing vessel off the Maine coast on Thursday afternoon.
The two men were aboard the 42-foot groundfishing vessel when it began sinking. The Coast Guard Northeast District announced on its Twitter account crews were responding to an emergency alert 45 nautical miles southeast of Portland at 2:44 p.m.
