Search Suspended for Two Missing Fishermen After Deadly Collision Near Galveston, Texas
A search for a pair of fishermen who went missing following a vessel collision near Galveston, Texas was suspended on Thursday.
The 81-foot fishing vessel Pappy’s Pride collided with a 600-foot chemical tanker, Bow Fortune on Tuesday afternoon. The collision killed one crewmember and left another two crewmembers missing.
Over the past three days, crews searched over 49 square miles for the missing fishermen.
