CBP Formally Investigating Minh Phu For Anti-Dumping Duty Allegations
In May Illinois Congressman Darin LaHood submitted a letter to U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Kevin K. McAleenan regarding Minh Phu Seafood Group possibly evading duties. Months later the CBP has launched a formal investigation into the largest exporter of shrimp in Vietnam.
