ANALYSIS: Lobster Imports Decline in October; Still at the Mercy of Canadian Trade
Imports of lobster products into the U.S. declined five percent in the month of October 2019 imports totaled 8.45 million pounds compared to 8.89 in October 2018. The year-to-date figure remains six percent behind last year; reflective of a 6.4 million-pound shortfall.
