Fourteen More Groups Sue EPA for Gutting Protections and Clearing Path for Pebble

More than a dozen groups have sued the Environmental Protection Agency in the past two days. Their suits charge the agency with failure to protect Alaska fisheries, wildlife, jobs, communities, and ways of life from the proposed Pebble mine.
