Norwegian Seafood Council: Cod is Still on the Menu
The Norwegian Seafood Council (NSC) pushed its Marine Stewardship Council certified cod fishery after North Sea Cod lost its MSC certification in late September.
After multiple headlines around Europe claiming that “Cod is off the menu” the council wanted to ensure consumers that there is a sustainable cod option that is still readily available.
