Russian Crab Producers Plan to Invest Millions in New Crab Vessels This Year
Russian crab industry competition may increase again, due primarily to the recently announced plans of some domestic industry leaders to speed building of new crab-fishing vessels.
According to the Russian Kommersant business paper, one of such companies, RRPK, is investing $500 million USD in the building of at least 22 vessels already this year.
