Cooke Seafood Acquires Fish Feed Mill in Scotland
Cooke Inc. announced the creation of Northeast Nutrition Scotland Limited, a company that will run its newly acquired fish feed mill in Invergordon, Scotland.
The mill was previously operated by Skretting but was closed in April of 2019. The new facility will afford Cooke more vertical integration and traceability of its fish feed.
“All of our salmon is reared using feeds that are manufactured in compliance with the highest standards for animal feed safety,” said Glenn Cooke, CEO of Cooke Inc.
