The FDA is advising consumers not to eat Yellowfin tuna steaks from Kroger stores.
Multiple people who purchased tuna steaks from three different Kroger stores in Ohio developed scombroid poisoning, leading to the company to remove the product from stores in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Mississippi, Nebraska, Ohio, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia.
Any consumers who purchased the product with sell by dates ranging from August 29, 2019 – September 14, 2019, should discard the product immediately...
