Five companies who plan on bringing cell-based/cultured meat, poultry and seafood to the marketplace in the United States have formed the Alliances for Meat, Poultry and Seafood Innovation (AMPS Innovation).
This alliance will focus on providing education to consumers and various stakeholders on the new industry as they prepare to bring cell-based products into supermarkets and restaurants.
