Arbitrator Finds Ocean Choice International Guilty of Violating Collective Agreement
An arbitrator recently found Ocean Choice International (OCI) guilty of violating the collective agreement made with workers on the vessel Ocean Breaker.
FFAW-Unifor filed a grievance on behalf of workers on OCI's vessel, the Ocean Breaker, back in January of 2018.
