Alaska Lawmakers Focus on Controversial Dunleavy Appointment for Board of Fish
Members of Alaska’s House Fisheries and House Resources Committees burned the midnight oil Monday over Governor Dunleavy’s controversial nomination of Karl Johnstone to the Alaska Board of Fish.
The four-hour hearing drew comments from more than 100 Alaskans, many of them calling in from remote areas of the state after waiting for hours to get a 90-second testimony on record.
