First of Many Bills to Help Save Orcas Now on Governor Inslee's Desk
The first of many bills aimed at preventing the extinction of Southern Resident killer whales is ready for Governor Inslee's signature in Washington state. The legsilation protect habitat for the Chinook salmon the whales depend on, and was part of a suite of bills requested by the governor.
