Niceland Seafood Working to Fight Seafood Fraud and Educate Consumers
Iceland’s Niceland Seafood is taking a stand against seafood fraud. The company, which is the first turn-key provider of Icelandic fish to offer full traceability from “sea-to-pan,” announced on Tuesday that they have recruited industry veterans and scientists from around the world to “improve practices in the seafood industry.”
