Alaska State Cod Winter/Spring TAC Near 8 Million Pounds After Reallocation from Bering Sea
The Alaska Dept. of Fish and Game has announced the TACs for the inshore state water cod season for 2019.
The three fishing areas are Kodiak, Chignik, and the South Peninsula. The allocations are divided between pot and jig vessels, with most being allocated to pots.
