Retailers Continue the Rush to Beat Tariffs in October
The monthly Global Port Tracker is reporting that for the first time ever imports at the nation’s major retail container ports have reached 2 million containers in a single month – a new record. The continued rise in imports is due to the upcoming increase in tariffs on goods from China, which was only recently postponed.
