Russia Plans New 'Arctic Cluster' to Support Fisheries in Arkhangelsk Region, Barents Sea
The Russian Federal Government is establishing an Arctic Fisheries cluster in the Arkhangelsk region to ncrease the volume of fish production and processing. The port of Arkhangelsk is on the southern end of the Barents Sea.
