Sea of Okhotsk Pollock Catch Will be More Than 1 million Tons with Improved Fall Fishing

Russia has officially started a new autumn-winter fishing season for pollock and herring in the Far East, according to the Russian Federal Agency of Fisheries (Rosrybolovstvo).
As part of these plans, particular attention will be paid to the catch in the Sea of Okhotsk, particularly the North-Okhotsk sea subzone, where all the quotas, allocated for the current year, should be used.
