A bipartisan bill championed by Reps. Jaime Herrera Beutler, R-Wash., and Kurt Schrader, D-Ore., to selectively remove some sea lions from the Columbia River -- and thus improve the survival of salmon and steelhead -- passed the House with a 288-116 vote.
