Thai Union Gets Good Marks from Greenpeace, Both Call for More Companies to 'Step Up'

BANGKOK — In July 2017 Thai Union Group and Greenpeace inked a landmark agreement to commit to implement measures that tackle illegal fishing and overfishing, as well as improve the livelihoods of hundreds of thousands of workers throughout its supply chains.
Now both parties agree that Thai Union "has made substantial, positive progress" and more seafood companies should follow their example.
