Guillermo del Toro’s “The Shape of Water” may have won Best Picture at the 90th Academy Awards, but seafood was the big star of the official Oscars after-party.
Following the last award of the evening, celebrities funneled into the Dolby Theatre’s Ray Dolby Ballroom for the post-Oscars celebration, the 2018 Governors Ball.
