Mark Callahan Moves from Icicle to Aysen NA, Rejoins Former Icicle Execs Giles and Guhlke

Former Icicle Vice President Mark Callahan has joined Aysen North America, a Chilean aquaculture company that produces coho salmon exclusively.
Callahan leaves Icicle Seafoods after 35 years with the Seattle based processor that markets Alaskan salmon, halibut, crab, pollock and cod around the world.
Aysen North America, Inc. was formed earlier this year as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Salmones Aysen S.A.. That company was formed in 2006 by Pablo Baraona and Icicle Seafoods. In 2013, Icicle CEO Dennis Guhlke and former Icicle CEO Don Giles bought out Icicle’s interest in the Chilean company but retained a connection to Icicle’s marketing and sales team for the Chilean salmon distribution in Japan.
